Making changes within an existing team can be uniquely challenging due to established cultures, norms, & expectations from students, coaches, families, and administrators. In 2022, 581 chose to transition away from an afterschool club into a substantial program that more broadly reaches across our Title I public school & community, and much of what we have done can be applied to your team too.
