2025 Weekend Schedule
This is the rough outline for the 3 days; specific details about the schedule will be updated and announced in the event Slack workspace.
Friday (optional)
- 5:00–9:00pm – Lab Crawl, teams tba
- Meet up after at Guildhouse Bar,
420 First St, San Jose, CA 95113 - Location addresses and times are posted in the Welcome Pack – linked in Slack.
Saturday:
- 7:30-8:50am – Registration/breakfast
- 9:00-9:45am – Keynote
- 10:00am-4:45pm (1 hr for lunch) – Workshops/sessions
- Saturday evening is reserved for you to connect with attendees outside the conference.
Sunday:
- 8:00-8:40am – breakfast
- 8:45-9:15am – Keynote
- 9:30-3:00pm (1 hr for lunch) – Workshops/sessions
- 3:00-5:00pm Networking
- 6:00-9:00pm Optional event social – info to be posted on Slack
