2025 Weekend Schedule

This is the rough outline for the 3 days; specific details about the schedule will be updated and announced in the event Slack workspace. 

Friday (optional)

  • 5:00–9:00pm – Lab Crawl, teams tba
  • Meet up after at Guildhouse Bar,
    420 First St, San Jose, CA 95113
  • Location addresses and times are posted in the Welcome Pack – linked in Slack.

Saturday:  

  • 7:30-8:50am – Registration/breakfast
  • 9:00-9:45am – Keynote
  • 10:00am-4:45pm (1 hr for lunch) – Workshops/sessions
  • Saturday evening is reserved for you to connect with attendees outside the conference.

Sunday: 

  • 8:00-8:40am – breakfast
  • 8:45-9:15am – Keynote
  • 9:30-3:00pm (1 hr for lunch) – Workshops/sessions
  • 3:00-5:00pm Networking
  • 6:00-9:00pm Optional event social – info to be posted on Slack
